Twice Forgotten

I don't recall how this composition came about -- I was never in band myself. I think maybe there must have been some sort of advanced music or composition course in my senior year. I recall after this was performed one of the french horn player's moms coming up to me in tears saying it was the first time she'd ever been able to hear her son's performance highlighted.
